2011 Team Mates Terms and Conditions

1. 1. 2011 Team Mates Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions apply to 2010 DJR Team Mates Memberships.
   
   2. 2011 Team Mates Membership is;
   
   $AUD89 for Foundation Members who have joined and renewed over consecutive years since 2007; $AUD99 for those who are joining Team Mates for the first time in 2010; $AUD109 for those who are renewing their 2009 membership and are not Foundation Members (Note: Membership prices remain the same regardless of the time of application during 2010); available at the DJR Raceshop, at www.djr.com.au, or at the Jim Beam Racing merchandise tent at the race track; an annual Membership, valid until 31 December 2010; not transferable to another person.
   
   3. Team Mates privileges commence from time of completion of a valid application or renewal form and payment is received by Dick Johnson Racing, and are valid for 2011 only. Any unused privileges available to Team Mates are not carried forward to a renewed Membership in 2012.
   
   4. Team Mates privileges may vary due to availability or accessibility (such as workshop tours, pit tours,team events etc). However the value of Membership to Team Mates will be maintained. Unless otherwise stated, all Membership privileges are intended for use by the Member whose name appears on the application.
   
   5. Merchandise discounts exclusive to DJR Team Mates:
   
   10% off all Recommended Retail Prices for current Team Mates;
   may not apply to sale items or special offers to Team Mates;
   may also include 'Special Team Mates Prices' which are above (but not including) the 10% discount;
   can not be used in conjunction with other offers.
   
   6. To receive Membership privileges, Membership Cards must be presented, and identification may be requested to confirm Membership.
   
   7. Some items included in the Team Mates Membership pack may be customized due to production methods. Six - eight weeks delivery time may be expected for Team Mates Membership pack.
   
   8. Information and images provided in the Team Mates section of the DJR website is intended for use by Members only, and unless otherwise stated or otherwise available outside of the Team Mates section, cannot be reproduced, downloaded, uploaded or shared in any form. The general DJR terms of use and privacy policy apply to the Team Mates section.
   
   9. Membership cards and Team Mates merchandise may not be sold or exploited for commercial use, or used for any other promotional purpose without the express written permission of Dick Johnson Racing.
   
   10. Foundation Membership status will remain for every consecutive year the Foundation Member renews their Membership beyond 2007. If a Foundation Member discontinues their Membership in any year beyond 2007, Foundation Membership status will be lost and will not be reinstated if the Member re-joins in a subsequent year.
   
   11. Dick Johnson Racing reserves the right to refuse a Membership Application, or suspend or discontinue a Membership at its discretion.
   
   12. Dick Johnson Racing does not allow for the refund of membership purchases unless there are exceptional circumstances or where the membership purchased does not provide the stated benefits. No refunds will be given if the membership holder changes their mind.
